Xilinx reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on June 19, 2020.
In 2020, five Xilinx executives received on average a compensation package of $4.4M, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Victor Peng, Chief Executive Officer, received $11M in total, which increased by 70% compared to 2019. 83% of Peng's compensation, or $9.3M, was in stock awards. Peng also received $1M in non-equity incentive plan, $888K in salary, as well as $5.4K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $133,233 at Xilinx. Therefore, the ratio of Victor Peng's pay to the median employee pay was 84 to one.
William Madden, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Wired and Wireless Group, received a compensation package of $3.4M, which increased by 28% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in stock awards.
Salil Raje, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Group, earned $3.4M in 2020, a 28% increase compared to previous year.
Vamsi Boppana, Senior Vice President, Central Products Group, received $2.2M in 2020.
Lorenzo A. Flores, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
Xilinx's fiscal year ends on April 3.
