Xilinx CEO Victor Peng's 2021 pay jumps 30% to $15M

Xilinx reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on June 17, 2021.
In 2021, five Xilinx executives received on average a compensation package of $7M, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
Victor Peng, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which increased by 30% compared to 2020. 82% of Peng's compensation, or $12M, was in stock awards. Peng also received $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $950K in salary, as well as $4.5K in other compensation.
For fiscal year 2021, the median employee pay was $139,582 at Xilinx. Therefore, the ratio of Victor Peng's pay to the median employee pay was 105 to one.
Brice Hill, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $6.5M. 77% of the compensation package, or $5M, was in stock awards.
Salil Raje, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Center Group, earned $4.9M in 2021, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
William Madden, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Wired and Wireless Group, received $4.9M in 2021, which increases by 45% compared to 2020.
Vamsi Boppana, Senior Vice President, Central Products Group, earned $4.1M in 2021, a 87% increase compared to previous year.
Xilinx's fiscal year ends on April 3.
