XOMA reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 5, 2019.
In 2018, three XOMA executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 41% decrease compared to previous year.
Dee Datta, Chief Business Officer, received $2.1M in total. 80% of Datta's compensation, or $1.7M, was in option awards. Datta also received $78K in non-equity incentive plan, $325K in salary, as well as $9.6K in other compensation.
James Neal, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.3M, which decreased by 68% compared to previous year. 49% of the compensation package, or $644K, was in option awards.
Thomas Burns, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1M in 2018, a 39% decrease compared to previous year.
