Xperi reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on March 14, 2023.
In 2022, three Xperi executives received on average a compensation package of $5.7M, a 6% decrease compared to previous year.
Jon E. Kirchner, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.9M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2021. 86% of Kirchner's compensation, or $8.5M, was in stock awards. Kirchner also received $644K in non-equity incentive plan, $750K in salary, as well as $10K in other compensation.
Geir Skaaden, Chief Products and Services Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which decreased by 5% compared to previous year. 81% of the compensation package, or $3.1M, was in stock awards.
Robert Andersen, Chief Financial Officer, earned $3.5M in 2022, a 15% increase compared to previous year.
