Vringo reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on August 29, 2022.
In 2021, three Vringo executives received on average a compensation package of $1.2M, a 146% increase compared to previous year.
Douglas Satzman, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.3M in total, which increased by 246% compared to 2020. 45% of Satzman's compensation, or $1M, was in option awards. Satzman also received $158K in non-equity incentive plan, $472K in salary, as well as $640K in stock awards.
Scott Milford, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $1.1M, which increased by 78% compared to previous year. 69% of the compensation package, or $768K, was in option awards.
James A Berry, Chief Financial Officer, earned $311K in 2021, a 40% increase compared to previous year.
