Xylem reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, five Xylem executives received on average a compensation package of $4.2M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Patrick K. Decker, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 18% compared to 2020. 60% of Decker's compensation, or $6.2M, was in stock awards. Decker also received $1.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $1.5M in option awards, $1.1M in salary, as well as $178K in other compensation.

Sandra E. Rowland, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.6M, which increased by 40% compared to previous year. 50% of the compensation package, or $1.8M, was in stock awards.

Matthew Pine, SVP and President, AWS & ACT, received $2.4M in 2021, which decreases by 65% compared to 2020.
Hayati Yarkadas, SVP and President, WI & EUCT, earned $2.2M in 2021, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
