YRC Worldwide reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 25, 2019.
In 2018, six executives at YRC Worldwide received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 181% increase compared to previous year.
Darren D. Hawkins, Chief Executive Officer, received $4.4M in total, which increased by 439% compared to 2017. 50% of Hawkins' compensation, or $2.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan. Hawkins also received $709K in salary, $1.4M in stock awards, as well as $96K in other compensation.
James L. Welch, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $4.3M, which increased by 98% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $2.2M, was in non-equity incentive plan.
Thomas J. O'Connor, President, YRC Freight, earned $2.1M in 2018.
Scott D. Ware, President, USF Holland and Chief Network Officer, YRC Worldwide, received $1.8M in 2018, which increases by 180% compared to 2017.
Justin M. Hall, Chief Customer Officer, earned $1.6M in 2018, a 128% increase compared to previous year.
Stephanie D. Fisher, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.5M in 2018, which increases by 157% compared to 2017.
