Yelp reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 22, 2022.
In 2021, five Yelp executives received on average a compensation package of $5.5M, a 46% increase compared to previous year.
Jeremy Stoppelman, Chief Executive Officer, received $10M in total, which increased by 26% compared to 2020. 95% of Stoppelman's compensation, or $9.5M, was in stock awards. Stoppelman also received $500K in salary and $28K in other compensation.
