YETI Holdings reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 4, 2019.
In 2018, three executives at YETI Holdings received on average a compensation package of $10M, a 1,077% increase compared to previous year.
Matthew J. Reintjes, Chief Executive Officer, received $21M in total, which increased by 2,243% compared to 2017. 80% of Reintjes' compensation, or $17M, was in stock awards. Reintjes also received $984K in non-equity incentive plan, $2.3M in option awards, $728K in salary, as well as $19K in other compensation.
Kirk A. Zambetti, Senior Vice President of Sales, received a compensation package of $5.8M. 81% of the compensation package, or $4.7M, was in stock awards.
Robert O. Murdock, Senior Vice President of Innovation, earned $4.7M in 2018.
YETI Holdings' fiscal year ends on December 29.
