Yext reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2020.
In 2020, five Yext executives received on average a compensation package of $2.2M, a 34% decrease compared to previous year.
Howard Lerman, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2019. 79% of Lerman's compensation, or $4M, was in stock awards. Lerman also received $456K in non-equity incentive plan, $500K in salary, as well as $94K in other compensation.
Brian Distelburger, President, received a compensation package of $2.4M, which increased by 37% compared to previous year. 73% of the compensation package, or $1.7M, was in stock awards.
Tom Dixon, Chief Technology Officer, earned $1.9M in 2020, a 165% increase compared to previous year.
Steven Cakebread, Chief Financial Officer, received $939K in 2020, which increases by 16% compared to 2019.
James Steele, President and Chief Revenue Officer, earned $908K in 2020, a 91% decrease compared to previous year.
Yext's fiscal year ends on January 31.
