Metabolix reported fiscal year 2009 executive compensation information on April 23, 2010.
In 2009, five Metabolix executives received on average a compensation package of $673K, a 20% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard P. Eno, Chief Executive Officer, received $1M in total, which decreased by 19% compared to 2008. 50% of Eno's compensation, or $513K, was in option awards. Eno also received $210K in non-equity incentive plan, $300K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Robert E. Engle, General Manager, Telles, received a compensation package of $693K. 42% of the compensation package, or $290K, was in option awards.
Oliver P. Peoples, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $612K in 2009, a 21% decrease compared to previous year.
Johan van Walsem, Vice President, Strategy and Commercial Development, received $519K in 2009, which is about the same as previous year.
Joseph D. Hill, Chief Financial Officer, earned $508K in 2009, a 36% decrease compared to previous year.
