Metabolix reported fiscal year 2010 executive compensation information on April 14, 2011.
In 2010, five Metabolix executives received on average a compensation package of $829K, a 23% increase compared to previous year.
Richard P. Eno, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.1M in total, which increased by 7% compared to 2009. 57% of Eno's compensation, or $632K, was in option awards. Eno also received $166K in non-equity incentive plan, $300K in salary, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Johan van Walsem, Vice President, Strategy and Commercial Development, received a compensation package of $848K, which increased by 63% compared to previous year. 52% of the compensation package, or $437K, was in option awards.
Oliver P. Peoples, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $823K in 2010, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
Robert E. Engle, General Manager, Telles, received $688K in 2010, which decreases by 1% compared to 2009.
Joseph D. Hill, Chief Financial Officer, earned $677K in 2010, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
