Metabolix reported fiscal year 2013 executive compensation information on April 21, 2014.
In 2013, five Metabolix executives received on average a compensation package of $473K, a 23% decrease compared to previous year.
Johan van Walsem, Chief Operating Officer, received $623K in total, which decreased by 10% compared to 2012. 45% of van Walsem's compensation, or $278K, was in salary. van Walsem also received $144K in non-equity incentive plan, $189K in option awards, as well as $11K in other compensation.
Richard P. Eno, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $553K, which decreased by 40% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Oliver P. Peoples, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $453K in 2013, a 31% decrease compared to previous year.
Joseph D. Hill, Chief Financial Officer, received $387K in 2013, which decreases by 19% compared to 2012.
Lynne H. Brum, Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Communications, earned $350K in 2013, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
