Metabolix reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on March 29, 2022.
In 2021, three Metabolix executives received on average a compensation package of $1.1M, a 59% increase compared to previous year.
Average pay of disclosed executives at Metabolix
Oliver P. Peoples, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.9M in total, which increased by 79% compared to 2020. 71% of Peoples' compensation, or $1.4M, was in option awards. Peoples also received $92K in non-equity incentive plan, $315K in salary, $138K in stock awards, as well as $13K in other compensation.
Kristi D. Snell, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $827K, which increased by 43% compared to previous year. 59% of the compensation package, or $488K, was in option awards.
Lynne H. Brum, Vice President, Planning and Communications, earned $600K in 2021, a 32% increase compared to previous year.
