Yum! Brands reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 3, 2020.
In 2019, six executives at Yum! Brands received on average a compensation package of $8.5M, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
David W. Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer, received $17M in total, which increased by 145% compared to 2018. 43% of Gibbs' compensation, or $7.4M, was in stock awards. Gibbs also received $4M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $2.4M in non-equity incentive plan, $2.2M in option awards, $985K in salary, as well as $151K in other compensation.
Greg Creed, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $16M, which increased by 17% compared to previous year. 31% of the compensation package, or $5.1M, was in stock awards.
Tracy L. Skeans, Chief Transformation and People Officer of YUM, earned $5.4M in 2019, a 33% increase compared to previous year.
Tony Lowings, Chief Executive Officer, received $5M in 2019.
Mark King, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4M in 2019.
Chris Turner, Chief Financial Officer, received $2.8M in 2019.
