Yum! Brands reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 1, 2021.
In 2020, five executives at Yum! Brands received on average a compensation package of $6.4M, a 25% decrease compared to previous year.
David W. Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer, received $15M in total, which decreased by 15% compared to 2019. 32% of Gibbs' compensation, or $4.6M, was in stock awards. Gibbs also received $1.4M in bonus, $4.5M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $3.5M in option awards, $303K in salary, as well as $260K in other compensation.
Tracy L. Skeans, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $5.8M, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 32% of the compensation package, or $1.9M, was of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings.
Mark King, Chief Executive Officer, earned $4M in 2020, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Chris Turner, Chief Financial Officer, received $3.8M in 2020, which increases by 36% compared to 2019.
Tony Lowings, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.6M in 2020, a 28% decrease compared to previous year.
