ZIPRECRUITER reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on April 28, 2022.
In 2021, three executives at ZIPRECRUITER received on average a compensation package of $16M, a 1,540% increase compared to previous year.
Ian Siegel, Chief Executive Officer, received $35M in total, which increased by 5,502% compared to 2020. 69% of Siegel's compensation, or $24M, was in stock awards. Siegel also received $10M in bonus, $193K in non-equity incentive plan, $550K in salary, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Qasim Saifee, Chief Operating Officer, received a compensation package of $7.3M, which increased by 532% compared to previous year. 93% of the compensation package, or $6.8M, was in stock awards.
David Travers, President, earned $5.6M in 2021, a 391% increase compared to previous year.
