Zix reported fiscal year 2007 executive compensation information on April 24, 2008.
In 2007, five Zix executives received on average a compensation package of $680K, a 7% decrease compared to previous year.
Richard D. Spurr, Chief Executive Officer, received $1.8M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2006. 75% of Spurr's compensation, or $1.4M, was in option awards. Spurr also received $158K in non-equity incentive plan, $300K in salary, as well as $966 in other compensation.

Barry W. Wilson, Chief Financial Officer, earned $217K in 2007, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
