Zix reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on April 23, 2021.
In 2020, six Zix executives received on average a compensation package of $1.7M, a 35% increase compared to previous year.
David J. Wagner, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.2M in total, which increased by 36% compared to 2019. 78% of Wagner's compensation, or $2.5M, was in stock awards. Wagner also received $339K in non-equity incentive plan, $349K in salary, as well as $15K in other compensation.

David J. Robertson, Vice President, Engineering, earned $1.1M in 2020, a 13% increase compared to previous year.
Noah F. Webster, Chief Legal Officer, received $1.1M in 2020, which increases by 31% compared to 2019.
