Zscaler reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on November 8, 2018.
In 2018, four Zscaler executives received on average a compensation package of $425K, a 78% decrease compared to previous year.

William Welch, Chief Operating Officer, received $501K in total, which decreased by 64% compared to 2017. 53% of Welch's compensation, or $264K, was in non-equity incentive plan. Welch also received $236K in salary and $596 in other compensation.
Remo Canessa, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $469K, which decreased by 80% compared to previous year. 64% of the compensation package, or $300K, was in salary.
Amit Sinha, EVP of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer, earned $431K in 2018.
Jay Chaudhry, Chief Executive Officer, received $297K in 2018.
Zscaler's fiscal year ends on July 31.
