Zscaler reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on November 25, 2020.
In 2020, five Zscaler executives received on average a compensation package of $11M, a 103% increase compared to previous year.
Dali Rajic, President Go-To-Market and Chief Revenue Officer, received $24M in total. 83% of Rajic's compensation, or $20M, was in stock awards. Rajic also received $368K in non-equity incentive plan, $3.4M in option awards, as well as $357K in salary.
For fiscal year 2020, the median employee pay was $169,833 at Zscaler. Therefore, the ratio of Dali Rajic's pay to the median employee pay was 140 to one.
Amit Sinha, Chief Technology Officer, received a compensation package of $11M, which increased by 46% compared to previous year. 94% of the compensation package, or $9.9M, was in stock awards.
