ZUORA reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on May 12, 2020.
In 2019, four ZUORA executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 3% increase compared to previous year.
Tien Tzuo, Chief Executive Officer, received $3M in total, which increased by 645% compared to 2018. 82% of Tzuo's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. Tzuo also received $179K in non-equity incentive plan, $350K in salary, as well as $14K in other compensation.
Marc Diouane, President, received a compensation package of $1.5M, which decreased by 32% compared to previous year. 56% of the compensation package, or $821K, was in option awards.
Jennifer W. Pileggi, General Counsel, earned $963K in 2019.
Brent R. Cromley, Senior Vice President, Technology, received $423K in 2019, which decreases by 75% compared to 2018.
ZUORA's fiscal year ends on January 31.
