Zymeworks CEO Ali Tehrani's 2018 pay jumps 58% to $2.6M

Zymeworks reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on March 18, 2019.
In 2018, four Zymeworks executives received on average a compensation package of $1.5M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Ali Tehrani, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.6M in total, which increased by 58% compared to 2017. 69% of Tehrani's compensation, or $1.8M, was in option awards. Tehrani also received $281K in bonus, $510K in salary, as well as $18K in other compensation.
Anthony Polverino, Chief Scientific Officer, received a compensation package of $1.2M. 87% of the compensation package, or $1.1M, was in option awards.
Diana Hausman, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.1M in 2018, a 8% increase compared to previous year.
Neil Klompas, Chief Financial Officer, received $1M in 2018, which increases by 7% compared to 2017.
