Zymeworks reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 23, 2020.
In 2019, five Zymeworks executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 34% increase compared to previous year.
Ali Tehrani, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.3M in total, which increased by 25% compared to 2018. 72% of Tehrani's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Tehrani also received $342K in non-equity incentive plan, $541K in salary, as well as $20K in other compensation.
Kathryn O'Driscoll, Chief People Officer, received a compensation package of $2.4M. 95% of the compensation package, or $2.3M, was in option awards.
Neil Klompas, Chief Financial Officer, earned $1.6M in 2019, a 55% increase compared to previous year.
Diana Hausman, Chief Medical Officer, received $1.4M in 2019, which increases by 24% compared to 2018.
Anthony Polverino, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1.3M in 2019, a 10% increase compared to previous year.
