Zymeworks reported fiscal year 2021 executive compensation information on November 25, 2022.
In 2021, six Zymeworks executives received on average a compensation package of $2.6M, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
Ali Tehrani, Chief Executive Officer, received $5.1M in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2020. 71% of Tehrani's compensation, or $3.6M, was in option awards. Tehrani also received $593K in salary, $871K in stock awards, as well as $22K in other compensation.
Neil Josephson, Chief Medical Officer, received a compensation package of $3.5M. 71% of the compensation package, or $2.5M, was in option awards.
Anthony Polverino, Chief Scientific Officer, earned $1.9M in 2021, a 1% increase compared to previous year.
Neil Klompas, Chief Financial Officer, received $1.9M in 2021, which increases by 1% compared to 2020.
Diana Hausman, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 15% decrease compared to previous year.
James Priour, Former Chief Commercial Officer, received $1.5M in 2021.
