ACNB reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on April 2, 2019.
In 2018, three ACNB executives received on average a compensation package of $467K, a 15% increase compared to previous year.

James P. Helt, Chief Executive Officer, received $558K in total, which increased by 32% compared to 2017. 72% of Helt's compensation, or $400K, was in salary. Helt also received $37K in bonus, $60K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $30K in stock awards, as well as $31K in other compensation.
David W. Cathell, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $428K, which increased by 6% compared to previous year. 57% of the compensation package, or $244K, was in salary.
Lynda L. Glass, Secretary, earned $417K in 2018, a 5% increase compared to previous year.
