ACNB reported fiscal year 2020 executive compensation information on March 30, 2021.
In 2020, three ACNB executives received on average a compensation package of $620K, a 3% increase compared to previous year.

James P. Helt, Chief Executive Officer, received $777K in total, which increased by 5% compared to 2019. 58% of Helt's compensation, or $450K, was in salary. Helt also received $60K in bonus, $162K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $47K in stock awards, as well as $59K in other compensation.
Lynda L. Glass, Secretary, received a compensation package of $682K, which increased by 3% compared to previous year. 41% of the compensation package, or $276K, was in salary.
David W. Cathell, Chief Financial Officer, earned $402K in 2020, a 2% decrease compared to previous year.
