CareDx CEO Peter Maag's 2019 pay jumps 80% to $9.4M

CareDx reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on April 29, 2020.
In 2019, five CareDx executives received on average a compensation package of $3.4M, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Peter Maag, Chief Executive Officer, received $9.4M in total, which increased by 80% compared to 2018. 71% of Maag's compensation, or $6.7M, was in stock awards. Maag also received $568K in non-equity incentive plan, $1.7M in option awards, $510K in salary, as well as $1.6K in other compensation.
Michael Bell, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $2.7M, which increased by 28% compared to previous year. 54% of the compensation package, or $1.4M, was in stock awards.
Reginald Seeto, President and Chief Business Officer, earned $2M in 2019, a 38% decrease compared to previous year.
Sasha King, Chief Marketing Officer, received $1.5M in 2019.
James P. Yee, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.2M in 2019.
