Cohu reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 25, 2020.
In 2019, five Cohu executives received on average a compensation package of $1.3M, a 26% increase compared to previous year.
Luis A. Müller, Chief Executive Officer, received $2.5M in total, which decreased by 6% compared to 2018. 66% of Müller's compensation, or $1.7M, was in stock awards. Müller also received $267K in non-equity incentive plan, $584K in salary, as well as $21K in other compensation.

Pascal Rond, Sr. Vice President, Global Customer Group, earned $1.1M in 2019, a 634% increase compared to previous year.
Christopher G. Bohrson, Sr. Vice President & General Manager, Test Handler Group, received $862K in 2019, which increases by 16% compared to 2018.
Thomas D. Kampfer, General Counsel, earned $770K in 2019, a 4% decrease compared to previous year.
Cohu's fiscal year ends on December 25.
