Edison International reported fiscal year 2019 executive compensation information on March 13, 2020.
In 2019, five executives at Edison International received on average a compensation package of $4.7M, a 22% increase compared to previous year.
Pedro J. Pizarro, EIX President and C E O, received $12M in total, which increased by 20% compared to 2018. 30% of Pizarro's compensation, or $3.5M, was in stock awards. Pizarro also received $1.8M of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.7M in non-equity incentive plan, $3.5M in option awards, $1.2M in salary, as well as $27K in other compensation.
Maria Rigatti, Chief Financial Officer, received a compensation package of $3.8M, which increased by 27% compared to previous year. 24% of the compensation package, or $911K, was in stock awards.
Kevin M. Payne, Chief Executive Officer, earned $3.6M in 2019, a 18% increase compared to previous year.
Adam S. Umanoff, General Counsel, received $2.6M in 2019, which increases by 30% compared to 2018.
J. Andrew Murphy, EIX SVP, earned $1.9M in 2019, a 17% increase compared to previous year.
