Andrew Allen, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total, which increased by 57% compared to 2020. 68% of Allen's compensation, or $2.4M, was in option awards. Erin Jones, Chief Operating Officer, earned $1.6M in 2021, a 25% increase compared to previous year.
