Hyperfine reported fiscal year 2022 executive compensation information on April 24, 2023.
In 2022, six Hyperfine executives received on average a compensation package of $2M, a 37% decrease compared to previous year.
Maria Sainz, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.5M in total. 87% of Sainz's compensation, or $3.1M, was in option awards. Sainz also received $125K in bonus, $65K in non-equity incentive plan, $95K in salary, as well as $155K in other compensation.
Dave Scott, Chief Executive Officer, received a compensation package of $3M, which decreased by 62% compared to previous year. 84% of the compensation package, or $2.6M, was in option awards.
Khan Siddiqui, Chief Medical Officer, earned $1.5M in 2022, a 163% increase compared to previous year.
Scott White, Former Chief Commercial Officer, received $1.5M in 2022.
R. Scott Huennekens, Chief Executive Officer, earned $1.4M in 2022.
Alok Gupta, Chief Financial Officer, received $734K in 2022.
