NextGen Healthcare reported fiscal year 2018 executive compensation information on June 29, 2018.
In 2018, five executives at NextGen Healthcare received on average a compensation package of $1.9M, a 1% decrease compared to previous year.
Rusty Frantz, Chief Executive Officer, received $3.8M in total, which decreased by 12% compared to 2017. 66% of Frantz's compensation, or $2.5M, was in option awards. David A. Metcalfe, Chief Technology Officer, received $1.5M in 2018, which increases by 16% compared to 2017.
Jeffrey D. Linton, General Counsel, earned $894K in 2018.
